Synopsis

Self-Mentoring: A Holistic Approach to Enhancing Wellbeing presents self-mentoring as an intentional and lifelong approach to personal growth in which individuals learn to guide their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, choices, and sense of purpose. Integrating principles from psychology, counseling, neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioral science, wellness, and spirituality, the book explores the foundations and science of self-mentoring, belief transformation, and the interconnected development of the body, mind, and spirit. Through the Wellness Solutions Framework, it emphasizes self-awareness, self-leadership, personal accountability, resilience, and purposeful living. Reflection activities, case studies, self-assessments, and practical exercises encourage readers to translate knowledge into everyday practice. The book ultimately promotes a balanced, compassionate, and self-directed approach to achieving sustainable wellbeing and meaningful personal transformation.
