Dr. Clark Kim C. Castro

Dr. Clark Kim C. Castro is the author of this volume. Dr. Clark Kim C. Castro is an Assistant Professor IV at the College of Computing Sciences, Pangasinan State University, with over fifteen years of dedicated experience in higher education (2010–Present). He possesses a strong interdisciplinary academic background, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Master in Management Engineering, and Doctor of Business Administration. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management, further strengthening his expertise in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and educational research.

His specialization lies in computer networking and information technology education, having taught core professional courses such as Network 1, Network 2, Network Management, Network Principles and Programming, and other computing-related subjects for many years. His professional qualifications are further reinforced by his TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Computer Systems Servicing, reflecting his competence in both theoretical instruction and industry-based technical practice.

Beyond teaching, Dr. Castro is an active and accomplished researcher whose scholarly works have been published in various reputable national and international academic journals. His research interests encompass computer networking, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital transformation, information systems, educational technology, business management, and emerging technologies.
