POLICY PROCESS, ANALYSIS AND STRATEGIC FORESIGHT: A Textbook for Administration and Governance

Dr. RJ Ventayen is an accomplished professional with an extensive academic background, including Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Masters in Business Administration, a Doctor of Business Administration and a Doctor in Information Technology. Dr. Ventayen is the most cited faculty in the Ilocos Region, and Top 3 in the National Level under Business Administration (Business Management) based on the AdScientificIndex Ranking Website, belongs to the Top 2% in the national level based on the last 6 years H-index (179/8620), last 6 years i10-index (171/8620) and total 6 years citation (158/8620). 

Dr. Ventayen is a faculty of Pangasinan State University, a recipient of the CHED K to 12 Transition (SGS-Local) Scholarship for 2016 to 2019, and resumed his government service last July 2019 as the Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration of PSU Lingayen Campus. He serves as the Director for Public Relations, Publication and Information Office (February 2021 to November 2021) Campus Executive Director of Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus (November 2021-January 2023), the University Director for Research Development Office (January 19, 2023 - November 5, 2023) and the current designated University Director for International Accreditation (November 6, 2023 - Present). He also serves as the Editor-In-Chief of the Southeast Asian Journal of Science and Technology. Dr. Ventayen has the academic rank of Associate Professor V.
